I needed a big processor for meal prep, and this Courant delivers. The 12-cup bowl handles large batches easily, and the 800-watt motor powers through carrots, cheese, and dough without strain. The reversible disc is great for slicing and shredding. The build is solid, and the BPA-free, dishwasher-safe parts make cleanup simple. The price is reasonable for the size. My only complaints: the lid can be a bit stiff to lock, and the non-slip feet, while effective, aren't removable for cleaning. For $59.97, it's a great value.
