Our take
I picked up this used KitchenAid KFP750 for a steal, and overall it's a solid workhorse. The 12-cup capacity is great for batch prep, and the 700W motor handles chopping nuts and shredding cheese effortlessly. However, it's a single-speed unit, so you rely on the pulse function for control. The glossy white finish shows fingerprints easily, and it's a bit tall for my lower cabinets. The included manual is a plus for a used purchase. If you can live with the limited speed, it's a capable processor for basic tasks.
