Our take
This Ninja Professional XL is a bargain at $80 for 1200W of power. It demolished veggies and dough easily. The reversible blades are handy, and the XL feed chute lets you add large chunks without pre-cutting. The plastic build feels a bit less premium than the more expensive model, but it gets the job done. The 3 speeds with 6 programs might be overkill, but they're nice to have. The bowl is large and dishwasher safe. My only gripe is the plastic can scratch. Great value overall.
